Personal Care Assistance

Discreet help with bathing, dressing and hygiene.

Personal care is delivered with respect for privacy and dignity. Where appropriate, families can ask for a caregiver of the same gender, and every caregiver is trained in safe, comfortable handling.

What’s included

  • Bathing and showering
  • Dressing and grooming
  • Toileting and continence care
  • Oral care and hair care
  • Skin care and repositioning to keep comfortable
  • Keeping the room and bedding clean

Often chosen for

  • People with limited mobility
  • People recovering from illness
  • Older adults who need help in the morning or evening

Schedules

Short morning or evening visits, or part of a longer shift.

Caregiving, not clinical treatment

Our caregivers do not give injections, dress wounds, manage IV lines or change prescribed medication. If these are needed, your coordinator will help you arrange a licensed provider alongside CARELIA support.

Ready to arrange care?

Tell us what is needed and a coordinator will be in touch, usually the same day.
