CARELIA is a caregiver matching and care coordination platform built in Rwanda, for Rwandan families and the caregivers who support them.
Why we exist
Families were doing the hardest part alone.
When a parent comes home from hospital or an older relative can no longer manage alone, most families in Rwanda find help through word of mouth. It can work, but it is slow, hard to verify and difficult to manage from work or from abroad.
Skilled caregivers face the opposite problem: irregular work, informal arrangements and no one to call when something goes wrong on a shift.
CARELIA brings both sides together through a structured process: requests that capture real care needs, verified caregivers, careful matching, and coordinators who stay involved from the first call to the last shift.

Where we work
Starting in Kigali, growing across Rwanda.
We serve Gasabo, Kicukiro and Nyarugenge, and districts beyond Kigali where we have verified caregivers, including Musanze and Huye. As our caregiver network grows, so does our coverage, with plans to serve families across East Africa.
